Sarah Relyea-Logan, MD

Dr. Sarah Relyea-Logan has been in Family Medicine for almost 30 years. She was born, raised, educated and trained in Canada, where high-quality healthcare is free for all. She has created Front Porch Family Practice and Portico Longevity to offer people a much-needed alternative to corporate, profit and insurance driven primary care. Her passion has always been to look after the whole family and provide holistic care – mind, body, and spirit. She has mentored and taught other providers to practice the same way at University of Toronto, Virginia Commonwealth University and, most recently, at the Medical University of South Carolina. She specializes in women’s health and mental health, including substance use disorders. She is still involved in grant work supporting treatment of opioid use disorders and collaborates with Sweetgrass Psychiatry to provide integrated care.  In recent years she has become interested in anti-aging science after publishing a review article in a family medicine journal. Her joyful mission to help people live longer, happier, healthier lives is made possible in the beautiful and relaxing space she has created and with the team of caring individuals she has assembled.

Megan attended Duke University's prestigious PA program and has her wealth of practical know-how gained through hands-on experience.

After spending over a decade at MUSC, Megan witnessed firsthand the challenges and limitations insurance companies often place on both providers and patients. These experiences have inspired her to provide her patients with something truly exceptional - healthcare that's individualized, unhurried, and tailored to their unique needs, all free from the limitations of insurance-based models.

Megan's core passion revolves around empowering patients to look and feel their absolute best. She's on a mission to promote enduring health, well-being, and self-confidence through personalized care. She is unwaveringly committed to a patient-centered approach, offering a holistic plan that respects and caters to each individual's unique needs and aspirations on their healthcare journey.
